歐盟更新REACH法規附錄XVII部分物質規定 @ ORIGO森維認證集團

2013年2月14日，歐盟發布了(EU)No 126/2013，以修訂REACH法規附錄XVII。修訂內容如下︰

(1) 第6項「石棉纖維」

第1點的第一段更新為︰「禁止製造、投放市場和使用此類纖維及故意添加此類纖維的物品和混合物」。

(2) 第16項「鉛的碳化物」

第二段落更新為︰「然而，成員國政府可依據ILO公約第13條，允許在成員國境內將此類物質或混合物用于修複或維修藝術品和歷史建築，以及將此類物質投入市場以供此類使用。當成員國涉及到此用途，應告知委員會」。

(3) 第17項「鉛的硫化物」

(4) 第28、29、30項

第一段第15個分項更新為︰「依據指令1999/45/EC所規定的相關濃度，而非條例(EC)No 1272/2008的附錄VI的第三部分特定的濃度」。

(5) 第40項

更新文字「對此條例」為「對條例(EC)No 1272/2008」。

(6) 第42項（短鏈氯化石蠟SCCPs）

刪除；改以持久性有機污染物指令(POPs regulation 512/2012)管理。

(7) 第47項「六價鉻化合物」

增加第4點︰「4. 符合歐盟CEN標準的可溶性六價鉻（VI）的水泥和含水泥的混合物在依據第1點的測試方法測試後方可使用」。

(8) 第56項「亞甲基苯基二異氰酸鹽（MDI）」

更新為︰「亞甲基苯基二異氰酸鹽（MDI）包括以下同分異構體

(a) 4,4'-二異氰酸酯二苯甲烷 CAS號101-68-8 EC號202-966-0

(b) 2,4'-二異氰酸酯二苯甲烷 CAS號5873-54-1 EC號227-534-9

(9) 附錄4，注釋的E、H和S刪除。
